Services - Consulting, Rental, GPS & Stockpile Measurement
In addition to training classes, LandMark Spatial Solutions also offers consulting services to help you be more successful with your mapping and inventory projects.
Some of our services include forest inventory setup, cruise template design, grid generation, and cruise workup and reporting. We also perform GPS mapping services such as type mapping.
One of the more popular services that we offer is our stockpile inventory service, for measuring volumes of wood chips and log piles. The LandMark Spatial Solution stockpile inventory solutions are the quickest, safest, and one of the most cost-effective methods available to our customers. We can employ this turnkey solution at your mill and provide you with everything you will need to start performing inventories on your own.
Training can be done on-site or via the web and usually lasts between 4-6 hours.
As with all of our products and solutions, Landmark Spatial Solutions maintains a full service technical support and repair department to minimize downtime.
In addition to repairs and technical support, we also offer rental equipment that can service a wide variety of forest inventory and mapping projects. Rental units include the following:
- mapping grade and sub-meter GPS units
- lasers
- handheld data recorders
- forest inventory and mapping software
We offer these rentals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
